About us
The company was set up by Wayne Bromley MSc FFPWS MPTS to make dealing with the Party Wall Act Etc. 1996 easier, more ethical and transparent.
After spending many years renovating properties and being fed up of dealing with unscrupulous party wall surveyors who offered bad service and charged thousands of pounds in fees Wayne decided with his team to start Mr Party Wall, with a vision of how the Party Wall Surveyor should operate.
We are proud to offer a personal approach of a small organisation and expertise of a large company to all our clients.
We are the only company to cover the whole of England and Wales.
Our Team
Wayne Bromley
FFPWS
Wayne worked in residential construction for many years being involved in every stage of the process, from architectural drawings to site project management.
He is a Fellow of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS), is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe and is a self-confessed perfectionist when it comes to property matters.
Natalia Shcherbina
MFPWS Ba(Hons) NRPSI
Natalia works within our surveying team and has vast experience in property renovations.
She is a member of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS). Natalia prepares Party Wall Notices, schedules of conditions and awards.
Taras Stadnitsky
MEng Bsc(Hons)
Taras has over 20 years experience in Civil Engineering and Architectural Design. He designs architectural and structural drawings for commercial and residential buildings, prepares Schedule of Condition, liases with architects and structural engineers and reviews Section 6 Notice drawings. Taras has a great passion for technical Design.
